What do you do when it’s a day of your diet plan which says ‘Blueberries’ ? Whip up a smoothie! 😊🌿

Introducing the yummiest Blueberry Smoothie ever ! And it is also dairy free (optional) ! πŸΆπŸ’™πŸŒΏ

Ingredients –

  • 1 cup blueberries,
  • 1/4 cup raisins,
  • 1/2 cup (if preferred, dairy free) milk, I used organic; non-gmo soy milk

Steps –

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute

2. Place in refrigerator to cool for 5 minutes.

3. Enjoy Blueberry bliss!
