Mother of Superfood ‘Cashew and Date’ Smoothie πŸΆπŸ«πŸ’ŸπŸŒΏ

What do you get when you combine 2 or more superfoods together in a smoothie ? And have it for breakfast ? And it is raw and vegan ? πŸ™‚ And it is delicious πŸ˜‹? Plus versatile enough to have anytime during the day ? 

A Wonderful Date and Cashew concoction πŸ•‰ that you would want to have for breakfast and lunch and dinner and everything in between πŸ’Ÿ

Something so awesome tasting can take so less time to make ! So let’s get to the simply simple recipe  ! 🌿


Prep time – 5 mins

Make time – 5 mins

Ingredients – 

  1. 3/4 cup chilled almond milk 🍢
  2. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  3. 2 tbsp all-natural organic raw Cashew butter
  4. 4 dried raw strawberries πŸ“ 
  5. 3 soft Medjool dates, pitted
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 1 tbsp raw cacao powder, 1/2 tbsp raw vegan white chocolate chips 
  8. 1 large handful of ice cubes (optional) 

Steps –

1. Add all ingredients except ice cubes in a high speed blender to blend smooth 

2. Add ice as preferred and enjoy 😊
